Hansbraun Investments Ltd. is a local commercial property management firm based in Greater Victoria, BC. Our company has been locally owned and operated since incorporation in 1967 and we work hard to ensure a hands-on, community approach to our business.

Hansbraun owns and manages all of our leasing properties, which includes six shopping centres in the District of Saanich. Serving nearly 200 successful tenants, we strive to make each centre a professional, welcome destination for our tenants and their customers alike.

For over 55 years, Hansbraun has been committed to a hands-on approach to property management. This has allowed us to develop positive, long-term relationships with our tenants and ensure that each business reaches its full potential. Our team works with the mindset that tenants are our livelihood, and successful tenants pave the way for successful shopping centres. We treat our tenants with respect and offer a teaching approach to solve problems or deal with situations they’re not familiar with.

The Hansbraun team of professionals has combined experience of 100+ years in building administration and operations. Working as a cohesive unit, our integrated approach ensures quality service for our clients as well as our building portfolio.
